Defect claims stay on the project
A claim is between the owner and that contractor. It does not become a record other owners can browse before tendering.
There is no register to search
This is not a reputation database. It is a set of two-party arrangements, and it stays that way deliberately.
We hold no aggregate view
Running what a retention sits on does not make us party to it.
